                                                            Ingredients
• 2 Hot Dogs
• 2 herbed sausages
• Some arugula leaves
• 1 red onion
• Mustard
• Ketchup
• 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
Preparation
1- In a bowl, mix the mustard with a little ketchup, then peel and slice the onion. 
2- Cook it in a frying pan with a little olive oil for about ten minutes. Add the sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. 
3- Cook the sausage in a pan with a little olive oil for 6 to 8 minutes. 
4- Cover the inside of the hot dog bun with the sauce. 
5- Place a few arugula leaves, the candied onions and the sausage on top and close.
